The hotel had an efficient check-in and check-out process, taking less than 2 minutes. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, with all necessary facilities such as free wireless and a TV. During my Easter break, I had a great experience at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process were quick and efficient. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with all the necessary facilities like TV and free Wi-Fi. The key location was perfect, and I enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony. I also loved the variety of breakfast options that were equivalent to the offerings of more expensive hotels.
Although I had a pleasant stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste.

We found the check-in and check-out process efficient, taking no longer than two minutes. Our room was nicely decorated, but unfortunately lacked air conditioning on a hot day. the included breakfast was average, but included a good variety of options. the staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the peaceful sound of the nearby waterfall.

The room was clean and had all the basics to spend Christmas night. the location was perfect for my plans, as it was close to the city centre and public transportation. the breakfast had a lot of options and I enjoyed the coffee.
the staff was not very friendly or welcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Efficient check-in and check-out, clean and nicely decorated rooms, necessary facilities, free wireless and TV, excellent breakfast with a large variety of choices.
Everything was spot on.
